It is also just above the newly remodeled pool area surrounded by attractive brick pavers and palm trees, just high enough that the pool chatter can’t be heard, but close enough to watch the kids from the balcony as they play in the heated pool. Your view from the balcony looks out over the Gulf of Mexico and the boat traffic moving into and out of John’s Pass.
The second best feature about this unit is it’s location to John’s Pass, which was completely renewed in 2007. John’s Pass was created by a hurricane many years ago and the Hubbard family established a 
fishing village that has grown into one of west Florida’s most natural and exciting attractions to visit. Just across the street your options are endless with:
- Over 30 shops full of beach ware, fine wines, souvenirs, and more.
- A large selection of restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. High end to very affordable.
- There are specialty shops for ice cream, shoes, cloths, surf shops, and fishing and dive gear.
- There are several watering holes including the world famous Bamboo Beer Garden and Gators on the Pass all within walking distance.
- During the day there is deep sea fishing, private charters for back water Snook and Red Fish, boat rentals, Dauphin cruises, waver runner rentals, dive expeditions, and party cruises.
- The Sun Coast Trolley system runs from South St Pete Beach to North of Clearwater beach from 7 AM to 11 PM every day and passes by this unit’s front door every 20 minutes.
- The Madeira Beach Park is just next door to this unit which offers a covered pavilion with barbeque grills and plenty of extra parking for your guests.
You don’t have to use the public grills if you would rather use the private gas grills on the property to cook the fresh catch you brought in while fishing off the wall just along John’s Pass.- The newly opened Bubba Gump’s is a fun place to eat and with their 3rd level talkie bar, viewable from this units balcony, makes for a fun evening while the kids play in the Game Center next door.
The third best feature about this unit is that you don’t need a vehicle to enjoy everything that the west coast has to offer. The shuttle will take you north and south for a game of putt-putt or to take in a movie and even east if you’re more inclined to knock the white ball around on several championship courses open to the public.
