• November through May… $2,000 per week or $6,500 per month.
• June through October …$1,700 per week or $5,500 per month.
• 50% Security Deposit required to reserve unit and payment in full before arrival. 
• Rates are subject to a 12% state tax, but the cleaning fee is included in the rate.
• Sorry, No Smoking in the unit and no Pets allowed on the property.
